Staff was friendly, listened to all of my concerns. Unfortunately all of the items weren't able to be fixed, but that's the car's issue, not the service department's issue. It wants me to rate the sales and management department - but I did not work with these people!

Best service I’ve ever received. The shuttle driver was kind and efficient. The gentleman checking me in was fabulous. He also checked me out at the end of my service and was super pleased t. The service team fixed the issue quickly. The team surely makes the service experience the best it can be.

I went in for Service on my 2021 Jetta and Alejandro at the service desk was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The service was completed in a timely manner. They also repaired a couple minor things for free. Highly recommended. This location is easily the best Volkswagen that I’ve been too.

Alex and Rocky were extremely helpful getting me into the car I wanted. I showed up to the dealership with one in mind. I felt zero pressure to make the purchase. Alex was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and they both made the process smooth and comfortable. Rocky was super helpful when it came to financing and warranties. He listened to my concerns and was able to help me out with my needs without pressuring me into buying some warranty I didn’t need. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and made the purchasing process more enjoyable than your typical car purchase. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership if there is a car here that meets your needs.

Janice provides EXCELLENT customer service! She keeps each customer informed with what is going on with their car when it is being serviced. She acknowledges everyone who walks in and is always pleasant and friendly. She has always been gracious to answer my questions

Alex provided exceptional customer service.My only concern is that since I’ve had my CC serviced here there is consistent turn over in the service department. Over the past 5 years I’ve worked with 6-7 service managers. Not sure what the challenges are however keep up the great customer service!
